The webmaster/code this company uses for it’s online sales is mediocre. If you click ‘Complete My Order’… DO NOT CLICK IT AGAIN, NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU WAIT FOR A CONFIRMATION!!! You will have bought twice the product… AT TWICE THE PRICE.
Then, if you do have a problem with double billing or incorrect orders, forget about it! The CS reps do not seem to even be able to reference specific orders number or CC charges in order to initiate a correction.
